本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Timoly（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
「本アプリ」とは、iOS向けに提供される時間の機会コスト可視化アプリケーション「Timoly」を指します。「利用者」とは、本アプリをダウンロードし使用するすべての個人を指します。
開発者は利用者に対し、本規約に従い、個人的かつ非商用目的で本アプリを使用する非独占的、譲渡不能、取消可能なライセンスを付与します。
本アプリは広告削除機能をアプリ内課金として提供します。購入はAppleのApp Store経由で処理され、Appleの利用規約が適用されます。
無料版においてGoogle AdMobによる広告を表示します。アプリ内課金により広告を非表示にできます。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は以下について一切の責任を負いません。
本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権は開発者に帰属します。
開発者は必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use govern the use of Timoly ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
"The App" refers to Timoly, a time opportunity cost visualization application for iOS. "User" refers to any individual who downloads and uses the App.
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
The App offers ad removal as an in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
The free version displays ads via Google AdMob. Ads can be removed via in-app purchase.
The App is provided "as is." The developer is not liable for:
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer.
The developer may modify these terms as needed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen japanischem Recht. Das Bezirksgericht Tokio ist ausschließlich zuständig.
